Why we're building Intime

Built by an internal recruiter and an engineer who were tired of running HR out of spreadsheets.

Intime started after running hiring, onboarding, and reviews for a growing team with nothing more than a legacy HRIS and way too many Excel files. The premise is simple: your HR system should already know enough to answer leadership questions — without you having to export, clean, and re-present data every single week.
